Identification and Shortlisting of Tenders

Registration or Empanelment

The process team of TENDERPOINT will ensure the timely registration and activation of user accounts in the respective portals for bid participation. Additionally, periodical updates to client profile in the respective portals will be carried out.

Profile Data Management

TENDERPOINT application allows the client to upload certificates or credentials or testimonials into its folder. Additionally, the same details can be forwarded to the process team of TENDERPOINT for uploading. However, all such uploaded documents will be validated and then only made recognizable for inclusion in bid submission.

Bid Preparation and Submission

The process team at TENDERPOINT will prepare a checklist of requirements specific to each tender. This will be followed by the requisite preparation and submission of bid within the stipulated time. TENDERPOINT will also support bid submission on remote basis (through licensed remote management utility).

Partner Engagement

TENDERPOINT will facilitate a Partner engagement either for Joint Venture based bidding or for Consortium formation to bid. Also, engagement with right delivery partner for timely delivery and ideal support can be facilitated. This process will cover from identifying the right partner to finalizing an engagement agreement.

Bid Results and Analysis

The Certificates will be obtained from a listed Certifying Authority and TENDERPOINT will engage in this process from initiation to download.
